Shipping Policy

Shipping at Sans Pretention is arranged on a case-by-case basis, given the size, weight and fragility of antique pieces. Once an enquiry is received, we will propose a shipping option suited to the item, whether standard courier, specialist art and antiques carrier, or white-glove delivery for larger pieces. UK collection from Captains House, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, can also be arranged by appointment. Shipping quotes are confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. International shipping, including to the European Union and the rest of the world, is available; customs duties, import VAT and any local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
